Associate & Strategic Partner: Sybil Harvey Benard, MOS, MBA

Sybil Harvey is the Chief Administrative Officer of Andress and Associates. She is also the owner of S. Harvey Enterprises, an organization that focuses on providing technical assistance to small businesses and non-profit agencies. Her area of expertise includes administration, marketing, web design, and program direction. The company also provides custom computer building, computer repairs, software installations and upgrades.

Sybil has served as an administrative assistant in Houston’s City Council, MD Anderson Hospital, US Patent Services in New Orleans and other prestigious companies. She has also been a presentation specialist and graphic designer for Morgan Stanley, Enron and Merrill Lynch. Currently, Ms. Harvey is an Event Coordinator and part owner of Vendor Connect, an event planning and vendor outsourcing firm. She also is a Facilitator at the University of Phoenix.

Sybil is certified as a Microsoft Office Specialist on the expert level for Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ms. Harvey attended Tulane University and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science in 1993 and received her Masters of Business Administration from Le Tourneau University in 1999.
